JELLY FLAN Very Easy to make

If you’re craving for dessert try this very easy to make Custard Jelly Flan🍮
My 7 y/o son likes this so much that he can eat the entire batch of flan😄
So delicious & melts in your mouth🤤🤤

✅Ingredients
5 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk [300 ml]
1 can evaporated milk [370 ml]
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 cups water (room temp [960 ml]
1 pack jelly / gulaman powder [25 grams]
3/4 cup white sugar (for caramel)
yellow food dye (optional)

✔️I heat the mould pans individually to caramelize the sugar, but you can also try to cook the whole batch of sugar in a wide pot/pan & transfer the sugar to the  mould pans once caramelized.

✔️Can use different type of Mould pans like lanera, tupperware or plastic container, ceramic & any available pans at your home.
