Corporate level strategy are the strategies that come from the top level of the organization. The managers are called corporate level managers.
Corporate level manager is going to decide the overall direction the company is going to go on. The Lower level managers are then going to have to execute the plans of the corporate level managers.
Corporate level managers can decide on whether they are going to go for forward integration or backward integration. They can also decide whether to continue a product line or closing it, or introducing a completely new product line. They also have to decide on the market they will be doing their business in. They also have to decide on whether the plan they are making is going to be implemented incrementally, substantially or transformationally.
