This follow along upper body and abs workout can be done at home with just a pair of dumbbells. I'll take you through a series of dumbbell exercises designed to build and sculpt your upper body and core. You'll be doing a variety of upper body exercises like the shoulder press, bicep curls, and floor press, as well as ab focused exercises like bicycle crunches and V-Ups.

This is a superset workout to help you get the most out of your 30 minute workout and really challenge yourself. Whether you're new to strength training or just looking for a beginner friendly, convenient home workout, this video has everything you need to get a great upper body workout in.
