Use this Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) Meditation for 5 minutes anytime you want to cultivate ease and reset your whole system, but are short on time. Also known as yoga nidra, during this guided meditation, your body will be guided to deeply relax whilst you keep your mind awake and aware. This NSDR meditation can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief.

Championed by Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Dr Andrew Huberman, NSDR induces complete relaxation on all levels of your being. This short NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. Expect to emerge from this 5 minute yogic sleep meditation feeling relaxed and refreshed.

This guided meditation includes a short body scan meditation and incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student of Ally Boothroyd at Sarovara Yoga.
