So I'm continuing my health and weight loss journey with new methods and routines, but the same core values as always - balance, health, and sustainability.

My vlogs from now on will probably look a little different. I want to explore better ways to reach my goals and provide you with more meaningful content. I also want to share more aspects of my life with you beyond just diet and exercise. So while I will try my best to upload a video every week, the vlogs may look a little different from week to week.

For now, I am taking you along on my very first day back into a routine for weight loss - waking up early, increasing my physical activity, picking up intermittent fasting again, and eating foods that promote an increased metabolism.
