Originally, I wanted to show you my new routine in this vlog, but a lot of things happened unexpectedly last week and I was unable to follow it properly. Instead, I focused on staying motivated when things get difficult and don’t go as planned.

I ate healthy, tracked my intake, and worked out as much as I could!

I am on a long-term diet that is healthy and sustainable so I can reach my goal weight without yo-yoing or crash dieting.
