Degi Aalu Gosht:

Ingredients:

Beef (boiled)  ½ kg
Potatoes   ½ kg
Salt    1 tsp
Tomatoes (ground)  1 cup
Red chili powder  2 tsp
Turmeric powder  1 tsp
Coriander powder  2 tsp
Black pepper (whole) 1 tsp
Cumin seeds   1 tsp
Bay leaf   1
Yogurt   1 cup
Nutmeg   1 piece
Mace    ½ tsp
All spice powder  ½ tsp
Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
Oil    1 cup
Fresh coriander  as required
Green chilies  as required
Ginger (chopped)  1 tbsp
Fried onions   1 cup

Method:

In a blender add yogurt, onions and tomatoes. Grind it well. Then heat oil and fry whole all spices. Now add ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and yogurt. Cook well. Then add potatoes and beef, cook well. Now add 2 cups of water and cook on low flame until the beef is cooked. Lastly add all spice powder, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger and fried onions. Serve hot.

Ramen Noodles:

Ingredients:

Noodles     1 packet
Chicken mince   300 grams
Chili paste    2 tbsp
Soy sauce    3 tbsp
Peanut butter   1 cup
Fry peanuts    1 cup
Chopped carrot   1 cup
Chopped capsicum   1 cup
Chopped spring onion  1 cup
Ginger garlic paste   2 tsp
Cucumber dipped in vinegar 1 cup
Paprika powder   2 tsp
Honey    4 tbsp
Vinegar    4 tbsp
Oil     ½ cup

Method:

Fry ginger garlic in hot oil when aroma comes then add mince and cover it. When mince get tender then add soy sauce, chili paste, peanut butter, paprika powder and vinegar then mix. Also add honey. Now add spaghetti, carrot, capsicum and green onion and mix for 1 minute. Turn of the flame and take out in dish. Add fry peanuts and finely cut cucumber at end.
