BAKED BREAD SOUFFLE RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Butter softened 3 ½ ounce
Sugar ¾ cup leveled
Eggs 4
Bread 5 slices cut into 1-inch small cubes
Pineapple 1 can tidbits drained
Brown sugar 2 tbsp for topping
Milk ½ cup + cream ½ cup
Pineapple essence ¼ tsp

METHOD :
Pre-heat oven to 180 D, grease a 6 x 10-inch baking rectangular dish, beat butter and sugar till light and creamy, add in the eggs one by one, stir in the bread cubes, pineapple until well mixed, and pour into baking dish, sprinkle brown sugar on top, bake for 45 mins until top golden,  cool and serve with ice cream.

CHATKHARA BOTI FRY RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Beef boti ½ kg
Onion sliced 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Raw papaya 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Mix all this in the beef boti, mix all well, and cook in a pressure cooker for 30 mins covered on high flame, when beef is tender and the water dries, add in 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed cumin, crushed red pepper 1 tsp, ½ tsp salt, corn flour 2 tbsp, maida  1tbsp, lemon juice 2 tsp, mix all very well. Heat ½ cup oil, shallow fry the till golden from both sides, remove and serve hot.


POSTO MURGH RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Chicken 1 kg 16 pcs
Cashew nuts 10
Almonds 10
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 1-inch piece
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Mace ¼ tsp
Green cardamom grounded ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Onion 2 chopped
Saffron ¼ tsp
Kewra ¼ tsp
Cream 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Grind all the ingredients, marinate the chicken with all this except onion, oil, and saffron, and leave it to marinate for 2 hours. Heat oil, add chopped onion till transparent, add in marinade chicken, fry well, cover, and cook till chicken tender and dry, lastly add saffron, cream, and kewra, and cook till oil floats on top, serve with sheermaal.
