KANDHARI QEEMA RECIPE :
Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Onion chopped 2
Tomatoes sliced 2
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Hot siracha sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
Nan to serve

METHOD :
Heat oil, fry hoped onion till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies, fry, add mince with all the dry spices, fry well, add all the sauces, tomato puree, cover and cook till mince tender, lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies, leave it on dum.


BEHARI TIKKA MASALA RECIPE :
Ingredients
Undercut julienne ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Behari tikka masala 2 tbsp
Nutmeg pinch
Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Rice :
Sela rice fully boiled ½ kg
Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
Oil ¼ cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Hot siracha sauce 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Dip :
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Green chilies sauce 2 tbsp

METHOD FOR DIP :
Mix all together.

METHOD FOR RICE :
Heat oil, add garlic, rice with seasonings and sauces, and coriander leaves, mix well, and remove.

METHOD FOR UNDERCUT :
Heat oil, fry chopped onion till light golden, add undercut with all the seasonings and sauces, and cook till undercut tender, lastly add cream, give dum of coal, remove undercut in a rice platter, and rice on another side of the platter, serve hot.
