Meet the refreshing and refreshing taste of kimchi without added sugar and artificial seasonings.

☆ Seoul Cabbage Kimchi 10 KG ☆

-Material Preparation
 1. Pickles: Chinese cabbage 3-4 wraps (9kg), water 3L, sun salt 900g
 2. Ingredients: radish 1kg, pear 1, fresh 200g, leek 200g, leek 150g
 3. Seasoning: 2 cups kelp water, 2 cups glutinous rice porridge, red pepper powder 350 ~ 400g
Minced garlic 300g, minced ginger 60g, anchovy powder 1T, black sesame 2T
 4. Salted Fish: Anchovy Sauce 350g, Shrimp Salted Salt 80g, Fresh Shrimp

-recipe
 1. Cut the cabbage into the base of the base and open it by hand. Dissolve half of the salt in water and dissolve it in water between the cabbage leaves. Turn on the cabbage stem part and sprinkle the remaining salt. Prepare a large bucket and pile the salted cabbage upside down and pour the remaining brine over it. After 5 hours, change the location of the cabbage up and down, flip it over once, and then pickle it again for 5 hours. Pickled cabbage is rinsed three times in running water to remove salt and then drained to the side.

2. Put 10g of kelp in 1L of water and boil it and let it boil for about 7 minutes.

3. One cup of glutinous rice is called. Boil 1 cup of glutinous rice and 7 water and cool.

4. Cut radish and pear into 2mm thickness.

5. Cut freshly cut shallots, chives, and leeks into 4cm lengths.

6. Wash fresh shrimp in light brine, drain it, and stir well with a knife.

7. Chop shrimp sauce with seasoning ingredients and mix with anchovy sauce, fresh shrimp and remaining ingredients. Put the cow between the cabbage leaves, wrap it with the outer leaves, and put it in the container with the cross section up.

8. Fill up about 4/5 of the container and put kimchi on it. Cover it with green leaves and press it tightly to prevent air.
