RECIPE

▼Ingredients

Unsalted butter 80g
Icing Sugar 35g
Condensed milk 5g
Egg 20g
Cake flour 170g

Egg mixture:

Whole egg 20g
Egg yolk 2
Sugar 50g
Milk Fresh Milk 75ml
Whipping Cream 150ml



▼Step Instructions

1. Add softened room temperature butter, add powdered sugar, and beat until light white
2. Add eggs, condensed milk, sifted low-gluten flour, press into dough, refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Prepare the egg mixture, add all the ingredients and stir, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for about half an hour until all the sugar dissolves.
4. Take out the dough, roll it out to a thickness of about 5mm, put it on the mold, and slowly press down until it fits completely
5. Sieve the egg mixture, pour in the egg mixture until it is 90% full, bake in the middle layer at 200°C/ 392°F for 25-27 mins
