German Potato Salad made easy.
Ingredients:
1 pound of bacon (crumbled)
1 cup water
1/4 cup reserved fat (from cooking the bacon)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
6 cups of sliced cooked potatoes
