Grandma's German Potato Salad | An authentic Swabian recipe

My grandma always made the BEST potato salad. She is German, just like me, and I loved her salad so much. It brings up all the childhood memories. There are a lot of different recipes for a German potato salad of course but this one is known mostly in Southern Germany, Swabia specifically. The area in Southern Germany my grandma and I grew up in.
