Extremely Easy & Fluffy without kneading delicious Cream Cheese Bun/Dinner Rolls! ❗️Everyone like it奶油奶酪面包❗️纯手工制作，免揉膜，简单易做，超松软好吃~


配方：               Ingredients:

高筋面粉 280克       Bread flour 280 g / 2 cups
酵母3克              Instant dry yeast 3 g / 1 tsp
白糖30克             Granulated Sugar 30 g / 2 tbsp
鸡蛋1个带皮54克     Whole egg 54 g +-
鲜牛奶140毫升        Fresh milk 140 ml
盐3克                salt 3 g    1/2 tsp
奶油奶酪50克         Cream Cheese 50 g

预热好的烤箱175℃/350华氏度烤17-19分钟至表面发黄
Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 17-19 minutes or until brownish top
