all-purpose flour or bread flour 340 g  中筋麵粉或麵包粉340克  
yeast 3 g 1 tsp  酵母3克
Dark brown sugar 40 g 4 tbsp  黑糖(紅糖)40克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp   鹽 3克
Instant coffee 10 g 2 tbsp   即溶咖啡 10克
Hot water 15 ml 1 tbsp  熱水15毫升
lukewarm milk 190 ml   溫牛奶190毫升
whole egg 55 g +-    一個雞蛋55克
unsalted butter 20 g 1 tbsp+ 1/2 tsp   無鹽黃油20克


egg yolk 1  一個蛋黃
white sugar 15 g 1 tbsp  白糖15克
All-purpose flour 15 g 1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp   中筋麵粉15克
Fresh milk 90-100 ml    牛奶90-100毫升
unsalted butter 15 g 1 tbsp  無鹽黃油 15克


Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 14-15 mins
預熱好的烤箱 180℃/356華氏度烤14-15分鐘
