This time, I asked Yotsukado Hanten in Tachikawa City to take a picture.
The restaurant is popular for its hearty dishes, including the 650g giant kakuni, which is simmered for 10 hours the day before and then slowly simmered for another hour in the morning.
We are particular about not only the volume but also the ingredients, such as homemade XO sauce with plenty of dried scallops and Kirishima pork of brand pork. The husband says that when he finds out about delicious food, he just wants to offer it to customers. The cost rate seems to be horribly high, but even so, he was happy to say, "I'm happy if customers are happy to eat."
