Hello my beautiful family, hope everyone is having a great time at home with your family and staying safe. Today we have a yummy and delicious cheese chiles rellenos with a homemade sauce, perfect for lent or any occasion.

7 Chiles poblanos
1/2 lbs of Queso Chihuahua (or to liking)
1/2 - 1 cup of flour
8 eggs
oil (as much needed)
~SAUCE:
6 tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp of ground cumin
1/4 tsp of oregano
1 tbsp of chicken bouillon (or to liking)
