How to make Chiles Rellenos Recipe(Hand mixer)- How to make The BEST CHILE RELLENOS (...
Ingredients
1 dozen of eggs (1 per Chile Rellenos is best)
8oz of chorizo or longanisa
1 large potato
1 cup AP flour + Extra
6 to 8 Poblano peppers or fresh Padilla
6 tomatoes
1 jalapeno
1/4 of an onion
4 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon (tastes best with tomato chicken bouillon)
1 tsp Mexican oregano
Queso Oaxaca or chihuahua cheese (Mozzarella works great too : )
Frying oil (Canola was used in this recipe)
