Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of veg momo. Momos are popular all over the world. Momos also known as dumplings are stuffed with a delicious cabbage and onion filling spiced with garlic, ginger, cilantro, and a lot of other spices. Vegetable momo is wrapped up in the cutest designs, steamed and then served with a mouth watering spicy sesame tomato chutney / momo achar.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For the dough
Flour ( Maida) 400 gm
½ tsp salt
water as necessary
For the Stuffing
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 onions ( Finely chopped)
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
400 gm grated cabbage
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp momo masala
a handful coriander
For Spicy Chutney:
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion
1 inch ginger
5-6 cloves garlic
3-4 green chilies
6-7 medium sized tomatoes
a handful coriander
100 gm soybeans
100 gm sesame
1 tsp Sichuan pepper
1½ tsp salt
Music Used: "Royalty Free Music from Bensound"
