We are back with a new recipe of Samosa. Samosa does not need any introduction. It is eaten all over the world. Aloo Samosa is one of the most popular snack in India and Nepal. It is served as breakfast with peas curry, chana tarkari ( choley ) , aloo ko jhol tarkari or spicy and sweet chutney. If you are wondering about how to make samosas, it is very simple. Samosa dough is prepared from all purpose flour and it is stuffed with potato and vegetable mixture. You can also make keema samosa if you like meat. Samosas can be eaten as breakfast or as evening snack. In this video, we will guide you step by step so that you can make perfect samosas.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For the dough:
400 gm all purpose flour ( maida)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tbsp melted butter/ghee
water as nedded

For Stuffing:
7 big sized boiled potatoes
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp whole cumin
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 medium sized onion
1 tsp cumin powder
1tbsp coriander seeds
180 gm green peas
70 gm peanuts
a handful fresh coriander
500 ml to 1 liter Oil for frying samosas
