येसरी बनाउनुहोस veg म म
येसरी बनाउनुहोस veg म म सारै मीठो हुन्छ -
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTION:
½ lb Asian chives (chhayapi)
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
½ cup finely chopped carrots
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
2 tbsp minced ginger and garlic
Salt as per the taste
Add 400 gm Tofu
Add 2 tsp momo masala
Salt as per the taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp melted ghee or butter
I have used premade momo wrapper (you can also use homemade wrapper)
Apply the water on top of the momo wrapper
Stem the momo for 5-8 minutes
For the jhol achaar
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Temper ½ tsp cumin seeds
Add 1 small sized chopped onion
4-5 chopped green chilies
Add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mixed of cumin and coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
Add 2 medium sized tomatoes
Add salt as per the taste
Add ½ tsp crushed Sichuan pepper (timur)
3 tbsp sesame seeds powder
½ tbsp hog plum powder (lapsi ko dhulo)
Chopped cilantro
1 cup water
Blend everything !
