3 cups Maida
1 tsp salt
½ tbsp oil
Water as required
3 lb boneless Chicken
2 medium sized finely chopped onion
Finely chopped 5 garlic cloves and medium sized ginger
A handful chopped spring onion
A handful Chopped cilantro
3 tsp momo masala (optional)
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp melted butter
Salt as per the taste
