Material
a can of tuna
one cucumber
3 boiled eggs
13 pieces of jalapino
Mayonnaise 6T
a ton of sugar
2 croissants
How to make
1. Remove the tip of the cucumber, divide it into 3 parts, and then peel the part except the seed part.
2. Slice the sharpened part into small dice shapes.
3. Chop the jalapino.
4. Sift the oil out of the canned tuna and mash it without lumps.
5. Press the boiled egg into a sieve and mash it finely.
Cut the croissant 6 by 80 percent and spread it out.
7. Add sliced cucumber, jalapino, tuna, and boiled egg and mix them with mayonnaise and a pinch of sugar and salt.
8. Fill the croissant with 7 and it's done!
Honey Tip
1. After making the filling, squeeze it into a piping bag to make it easy and pretty.
2. You need to remove the cucumber seeds to make it less hydrated, so you can feel the crunchy tuna sandwich.
