Ingredients:
1.3 kg of pork
Salt - 2 tablespoons
1 more tablespoon of salt
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons coriander
2 teaspoons dried garlic
RECIPE
1.3 kg of pork. Rub salt well on all sides.
Put in the fridge for 1 week.
Mix 2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 teaspoons coriander,
2 teaspoons dried garlic.
Rub the meat well with the spice mixture.
Bake at 80°C for 4-5 hours.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours.
