One pork knuckle won't be enough, easy recipe
Delicious meat appetizer from knuckle of pork. Simply bake pork knuckles and keep them cool. You will love the result. Baked pork knuckle is a traditional German dish. It will become the main course on your table because the recipe is very tasty and authentic, meat lovers will not pass by without trying it. Cook with joy! Eat with pleasure!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 pork knuckles (1.5 kg).
Rinse well and dry.
Cut and remove the bone.
We make cuts.
Repeat the process with the second pork knuckle.

Grind 2-3 bay leaves into a cup.
5-6 cloves of garlic.
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
3 teaspoons of salt.
2 tablespoons French mustard.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Lubricate with prepared sauce.

Tie tight with twine.
Wrap well in foil.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour.
After an hour reduce the fire to 100 C and bake for another 3 hours.
After 3 hours, remove the foil to cool to room temperature.

Place in the fridge overnight.
Our delicious knuckle meat appetizer is ready.
