Today, I made small and cute mini cookies that fit in one bite!
You can make 4 different flavors of cookies with just one dough, so it's perfect for baking in bulk as a gift.
It has a crunchy texture and is moderately sweet, so it tastes really good when eaten with milk. 👍
There are small cracks, so the visual is good. 😁
I put it in a hamburger container, but when storing it, put silica gel in an airtight container and keep it for a long time. Especially in humid weather like these days, it becomes soggy even if you leave it at room temperature for a while, so please put silica gel in it and store it immediately after cooling the cookies.
