*material
215 g cake flour
2 g salt
2 g baking powder
2 g baking soda
8 g corn starch
135 g room temperature butter
55g sugar
60g brown sugar
1 room temperature egg (50 g)
210g chocolate chips

*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
Preheated to 185 degrees for 20 minutes
Bake at 175 degrees for 12 minutes
(The temperature is different for each oven, so adjust it according to the oven temperature you are using)
