Hello!
Today, I'm going to make a crispy and very tasty cheddar cheese cookie with relatively simple ingredients.
This time I made it in the shape of a stick, but a straight stick just looked a little uninteresting, so I gave it a shape with a wrinkle pie knife and it looked more delicious. 😁
You can make it by dipping it with a cookie cutter instead of making it into a stick shape.
This cookie is well seasoned and not too sweet, so once you eat it, you will continue to eat it. I really couldn't stop... 🤣

In this video, I used salt to grind in a blender. There is quite a difference in taste between grinding salt in a blender and just adding it. The salt, which was not ground in a blender, had large particles, so the salty taste was quite strong in the cookies.
It is very convenient to grind a lot of salt at once and use it over and over again.

▶ Ingredients ◀ 1.5x9.5cm (4mm thick) about 52 stick cookies
(1cup=240ml)


110g (slightly less than 1/2cup) unsalted butter
90g (1/3cup+2Tbsp) sugar
1g (1/4tsp) salt
30g (slightly more than 1/2 egg) eggs
180g (1cup+7Tbsp) cake flour
40g (5Tbsp) Cheddar Cheese Powder
