This is a great drill/game
This is a great drill/game that you can use to help develop your players relay throws, while working on their communication skills and working as a team.
*
Setup: Place your players into even teams. Each teams will line up their players one behind each other in a straight line. Make sure players on each team are lined up with each other. Place a pylon in the middle between each team to mark the spot they need to throw from.*How to Run Drill: Step 1: Have each team with one player at the beginning of the line have the ball to start the game.

Step 2: Coach says go and each team will throw the ball down the line, relaying to each teammate until it gets to the end of the line.

Step 3: When the ball reaches the end of the line, that players runs to the front of the line where the ball started. While the other players are running down the line, to the next pylon where they just threw the ball to their teammate.

Rules of Drill/Game: Winner of the drill/game is when one of the teams that get’s the player who started first, gets back to the front of the line. You can have the players on that team all sit down to show they have completed the drill, if the game is really close.
