Bacon Scallion Mozzarella Hotteok | Hiro Dreams of Hotteok | ASMR

Hiro and I make Hotteok! This is a Korean potato pancake that is crisp on the outside and with melted mozzarella cheese on the inside. In this recipe I also  added some bacon and scallion for some more savory flavors. Check out this quick and easy recipe!

INGREDIENTS
600g | 20oz Potatoes
5 tbsps Potato Starch
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 strips bacon
Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Salt
