1/2 tsp | 3 g salt
1 tsp | 5 mL vanilla extract
1 tbsp | 12.5 g brown sugar
MIXED BERRY COMPOTE
1 cup | 166 g Strawberries
1 cup |190 g Blueberries
1/4 cup | 54 g brown sugar
2 tbsp | 30 mL lemon juice
2 tbsp | 30 mL water
1 tsp | 5 mL vanilla extract
1/2 tsp | 3 g salt
1 cup crème fraîche
Crushed peanuts (optional)
