Pickled cabbage 20 kg Kimchi Kimchi ingredients (200 ml cup standard)
20 kg pickled cabbage (small 13 heads)
450g of chives
500g
2kg of radish
2 pears (900g)
1 apple (300 g)
500g of radish
10 cups of red pepper powder
Salted Shrimp Salted Chueot 3 cups (650 g)
500 ml of sand lance sauce
100g of ginger
3 cups of minced garlic
a cup of sesame
1.5 liters of water
6 pieces of Korean broth
10 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour

※  Tips for boiling broth
Pour 1 liter of water first and boil it while melting the Korean broth.
In 500ml of water, release 10 tablespoons of glutinous rice powder
Stir in the boiling stock until it reaches 1 liter.
