This is a 45 minute vinyasa class. Part 8 of the Grounding and Centering Series of classes.
This class opens with a brief pranayama with a unique tapping technique coordinating your breath, mind and body. Practice then moves mindfully through a gentle warm up to coax your body open, a steady standing ladder style flow and concludes with some seated and reclined postures before a brief shavasana. This class emphasises creating stability from the ground up and also freeing up some mental space so you can practice being more present.

For practice, you may wish to have a block or a folded blanket.
