This is a 45 Minute Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga practice. A cooling summer sequence that combines a flowing vinyasa practice of nourishing side bends and hip openers followed by a cooling pranayama practice and a calming Yin sequence of forward folds. A practice that nourishes you with movement & restores you in stillness. Ideal in the summer months to release excess heat and mental energy and find relief and ease in your body.

Practice Surya Namaskar C (lunge salute), supported warrior 3, dynamic Triangle flow, Sitali Pranayama (Cooling breath) Butterfly Pose, 1/2 Butterfly and supported Shavasana on blocks.

For practice, I am using 2 blocks & a blanket.
Please gather any props that you have at home and have them close by to support you.
