How to cook YOU LIN JI (Fried chicken with spicy sauce) 〜油淋鶏〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how make You Lin Ji, a Japanese style of Chinese dish, fried chicken in chilly scallion sauce.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Boneless chicken (preferably thigh)                   200 g
Salt & Pepper                                       1/4 Tsp each
Starch                                                   1-2 Tbsp
Frying oil (for frying)                              

Sauce:
- Scallion                                                   2
- Garlic                                                 1 clove
- Ginger                                              small piece
- Soy sauce                                             2 Tbsp
- Vinegar                                                 1 Tbsp
- Sugar                                                    1 Tsp
- Chili bean sauce (Toban djan)                        1 Tsp
- Sesame oil                                             2 Tsp
- Roasted sesame sead                               1-2 Tsp
