In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

In this video, I am making Gyoza, Japanese style fried dumplings. In this video, I am using a pre-made Gyoza skin, which can be easily found in the frozen section of most asian store.

Ingredients for Gyoza (2-3 Servings)
Ground pork                                                  150g
Cabbage*                         3-4 leves (approx.  300 g)
Scallion                                                            2-3
Garlic                                                          1-2 cloves
Ginger                                                   1 small piece
Salt                                                               1/2 Tsp
Gyoza Skin                                                40-50 pcs
Frying oil                                                         1 Tsp
*You can also use Nappa cabbage instead.

Sauce for Gyoza (1 serving)
- Soy sauce                                                   2 Tsp
- Vinegar (rice wine vinegar)                      2 Tsp
- Sesame oil                                               1/2 Tsp
