But then you see machines like the treadmill and elliptical and think, I can't possibly mess up using those. Well, unfortunately, we're here to tell you today that there is a WRONG WAY to use a treadmill. Ok, it's pretty hard to be completely wrong about it, but there is a way that activates more muscles and gets you the most out of your workout. Take a look at the way Dr. Lin uses a treadmill!
