In the last video, I made almond cookies using only egg whites. Then only the egg yolk remained. So, today, I made a custard cream using only the egg yolk to match the balance, and made a pretty custard cream roll with it.
If you spread apricot jam on top, the taste is even better.

dough ingredients
==========================
2/3 cup of warm water (160ml, 160g)
2 tablespoons sugar (30ml, 26g)
half a teaspoon of salt (3 g)
1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast (5ml, 3g)
2 cups plain or strong flour (480ml, 290g)
2 tablespoons room temperature salted butter (30ml, 28g)

Custard Ingredients
==========================
1 cup of milk (240ml, 240g)
2 tablespoons salted butter (30ml, 28g)
3 egg yolks (50g)
1/3 cup of sugar (80ml, 65g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml, 5g)
2 tablespoons of flour (anything) (30ml, 20g)

180degrees(355F) fan forced for 17minutes.
