It's quite easy to make
It's quite easy to make the delicious sweetened condensed milk bread. and there is a simple recipe to make condensed milk at home
Bread dough ingredients ( 2 of 11cm X 21cm loaf pans )
============================================
1+1/3 cup of hot water (320ml, 320g)
1/4 cup sugar (60ml, 50g)
1 teaspoon of salt (5ml, 6 g)
2 teaspoons of instant dry yeast (10ml, 6g)
1/4 cup of cooking oil (60ml, 60g)
Plain flour (strong flour) 4 cups (960ml, 580g)
Condensed milk cream ingredients
===============================
4 tablespoons of salted butter at room temperature (60ml, 60g)
1/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk (80ml, 80g)
Baking temperature; at 180 degrees (355F) for 25 minutes
sweetened condensed milk ingredients
===============================
1 cup of milk (240ml, 240g)
1 cup of sugar (240ml, 200g)
1 cup of full cream milk powder (240ml, 140g)
*** Instead of 1 cup of milk powder, you can add 3 cups of milk and boil over medium-low heat until the amount of milk is less than half.
