Half a cup of salted butter - Room temperature - (120ml, 120g)
Half a cup of sugar (120ml, 100g)
* If you like chewier texture, Put 1 cup of sugar instead of half a cup.
A large egg.
Lemon zest from 1 whole lemon.
1/4 cup of lemon juice (60ml, 60g)
1.5 cups of plain flour (360ml, 215g)
1/3 teaspoon of baking soda (2 g)
Some of powdered sugar.
180 degrees (355F)Fan forced for 15 minutes
