Shakuhachi (traditional Japanese bamboo flute)
Shakuhachi (traditional Japanese bamboo flute) piece Shika no Tōne (“Distant Cry of the Deer”), performed by Yamaguchi Gorō and Ralph Samuelson live at Wesleyan University in October 1987. The event celebrated the 20th anniversary of Yamaguchi Sensei's teaching residency at Wesleyan.
