Power up with this Full Body Fusion Workout designed to crush calories with weighted compound moves and plyometrics for an intense fat-burning experience!

I used a set of 7kg/15Lbs, dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

How it’s done: There are 2 Circuits + a finisher to complete.
Circuit 1: 2 x 35 secs work/15 secs rest.
Circuit 2: 1 x 20 secs work/20 secs rest
Abs: 2 x 20 secs work/10 secs rest
