Sculpt and sweat in under 20 minutes with this Cardio & Weights HIIT that combines fat-blasting cardio with muscle-building strength exercises for a full body blast.

I used a set of 4kg/9Lbs & dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Complete 1 round of the no-repeat circuit 35 secs work/10 secs rest
