This 30 minute bodyweight cardio workout will show you all the right moves to burn fat without having to go to the gym or use any equipment.

There are 2 circuits that make up this workout. Complete each circuit 2 x through. Working for 45 seconds and having 15 seconds rest between exercises. Have a 1 minute rest between circuits.

This is a 30 minute no equipment cardio workout to burn calories, so just grab your towel and water bottle and follow along to kickstart your fitness and weightless goals.
