30 MINUTE TABATA HIIT WITH WEIGHTS - Love tabata training and looking for an at home tabata fat burning HIIT that will burn serious calories?

This follow along tabata workout will give you the killer sweat session you're looking for to burn fat and build lean muscle.

Tabata workouts at home are ideal with or without weights but to complete this full body tabata fat burn will be using a moderately heavy to heavy set of dumbbells. I used 1 set of 5kgs  dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

In this workout I've added a slight twist to the classic tabata hiit workout plan. Instead of the standard 8 sets of 20/10 we'll be completing a 2 Minute Tabata Set on each exercise. 20 Secs Work/10 Secs Rest. There is a  1 minute rest between Circuit 1 &2.
