150 ml. milk
18 gr pressed yeast or 6 gr. dry quick
40 gr sugar
8 gr. salt
70 gr. butter (margarine can)
2 eggs (2/3 or 70 ... 80 gr. In the dough, the remaining - for greasing pies)
Filling:
1/2 chicken, weight 800 ... 900 gr (+ carrots and onions in the broth)
1 cup boiled rice (1/3 raw)
1 large onion
200 ml. cream 10% (or milk + 15 gr. butter)
10 gr. wheat flour
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Fermentation of the test 2 hours, after 1 hour you need to let the air out of the test
Divide the dough into 24 parts, 45 ... 47 gr
Fermentation of pies 30 ... 40 minutes
You need to bake pies at 428 F 15 ... 17 minutes
