vanilla sugar 20 gr.
egg 1 pc. + 1 protein. + a pinch of salt.
butter 100 gr.
soda 1 tsp (no slide).
flour 850 - 900 gr.
yolk + 1 tbsp. milk for brushing.
WE BAKE IN THE OVEN AT A TEMPERATURE OF 180 DEGREES, MIDDLE LEVEL, MODE "TOP-BOTTOM" 20-30 MINUTES.
