Filling:
500 gr. pitted cherries,
125 gr. sugar (if the cherry is sour, add 1 more tablespoon),
25 gr. corn starch.
Diver test recipe
200 ml. milk,
20 gr. yeast,
75 gr. Sahara,
2 eggs (-1 yolk for greasing),
1 tsp vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp salt,
40 gr. butter,
30 gr. vegetable oil,
600 gr. flour.
Dough yield 1.05 kg.
Baking temperature 180 degrees, baking time 20 minutes. Consider the characteristics of your oven.
