In this video I make comeback to YouTube after a 2 year hiatus.
This video includes 3 killer exercises that will work your whole body with just a 50 lb sandbag.

3 super sets 10 reps each exercise with a 2 minute rest is what I recommend.

Squat-shoulder press.
Start standing slightly wider than shoulder width, squat down as deep as you can and then explode up to full extension keeping your back straight and core engaged.

Sandbag forward swing.
Start with legs slightly wider than shoulder width and arms slightly bent. Drive your hips forward while using that force to swing the bag forward until your arms reach parallel, reverse this motion and repeat without letting sandbag touch the ground.

Sandbag row and twist.
With a widestance and feet pointed outward place the sandbag slightly infront of your foot. Drive with the leg the sandbag is on and row the bag into your chest, twist and lower the bag into the starting position on the other side.
