In this video, I explain my interpretations from articles on rumination by Dr. Michael Greenberg, a clinician who suffered from Pure O, OCD. He intends that all ruminations are analytical thinking, that is under our control and we can make a decision to stop. I believe that some of our very best teachers are those who suffer from the conditions we are trying to heal and that is one reason I believe his work is important to the Pure O, OCD community.
